Elite Insurance Provider is a small independent insurance agency based in Minnesota, serving MN, TX, FL, SD, and ND. Were hiring an experienced Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative for a remote role focused on quoting, client outreach, and sales support.

The ideal candidate works efficiently, maintains accuracy, and keeps requests moving through completion. Clear communication, visibility into progress, and teamwork are essential. This role requires accountability, consistent follow-through, and a willingness to work extended hours when needed to meet deadlines and team goals.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and compare P&C quotes across multiple carriers.

- Make outbound calls to collect information and follow up with prospects and clients.

- Support producers with applications, documentation, and outstanding requests.

- Maintain accurate client records and activity notes.

- Manage multiple quoting requests and meet turnaround deadlines.

- Keep clients and producers informed of progress and missing information.

- Suggest process improvements to reduce delays, avoid duplicate work, and improve turnaround times.

- Work with the team to streamline daily tasks and help the agency run as efficiently as possible.

• Strong, hands-on P&C quoting experience with minimal training needed.
• Experience using carrier portals and agency management systems.
• Confidence making consistent outbound calls.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
• Availability for extended hours when needed, with schedule expectations discussed before hiring.
• Available to work our core hours of 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. Central Time, following CST or CDT as applicable.
• Active P&C license preferred.
