Responsibilities
Sell and service personal lines insurance policies including Home, Auto, Renters, Umbrella, and Life
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing clients
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and text
Maintain accurate documentation and policy records
Follow up on leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed sales and retention goals
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty License (required)
Active Life Insurance License (required)
23 years of experience in insurance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional and confident phone presence
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed
High level of integrity and trustworthiness
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Willing and able to work in-office
