Licensed Pharmacy Technician (Temp-to-Perm)
Pay:$23.00/hour Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
Every other weekend and holidays required
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term employment. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will prepare prescriptions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and pharmacy regulations.
Responsibilities:
Pick, label, scan, and prepare prescriptions for final pharmacist verification
Fill daily medication orders accurately and efficiently
Process returned medications for recycling or proper disposal
Prepack, label, and store frequently ordered medications
Pull medications from inventory and storage areas
Apply labels to blister cards and scan products for accuracy
Alert the pharmacist of any medication or product scanning issues
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and replenish supplies
Follow HIPAA and all applicable pharmacy regulations
Comply with safety, attendance, and dress code policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Active and unrestricted Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacy Technician license
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Previous Licensed Pharmacy Technician experience
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs.
