About the Role:
West Coast Sports and Fitness Center is looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Carson, CA! We are already VA Community Care Providers and we have been asked to add Physical Therapy due to patient demand. We are also In-Network in Medicare and Blue Shield for Physical Therapy so if you have a pre-existing population that would come over we have a full exercise therapy area ready to go. 
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on patients' lives by helping them recover, rebuild, and reach their peak physical potential in a sports-focused environment.



Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies
• Treat sports-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapist license (required)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Experience in sports rehabilitation or orthopedic physical therapy preferred
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about patient outcomes
