Physio-Med, Inc. is a therapist-owned outpatient rehabilitation practice with clinics located in Eustis, Leesburg, and Lady Lake, FL. We pride ourselves on providing quality one-on-one patient care with no group treatments. We are a family of skilled professionals focused on two major goals: Improving our patients' quality of life and honing our skills to be the best Physical Therapists we can be.
A Physical Therapist is needed for a position at our Eustis outpatient facility. You will receive opportunities to improve your manual therapy skills through collaboration with our highly experienced therapists as well as monthly skills-based training focused on manual therapy techniques. We are looking for an energetic and outgoing therapist eager to join our family as we grow.

Job Responsibilities:
- Promotes and maintains health by providing physical therapy services and by identifying patient care issues.
- Documents measurements and progress with active communication as the supervising therapist.
- Administers established care plans and completes appropriate documentation.
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) State License
Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00; Potential for part-time opportunity if preferred
