Outpatient Clinic – Private Practice

Overview:

Due to expansion, a thriving outpatient clinic is now hiring a Physical Therapist in San Antonio, TX. Full-time is preferred (40 hours available); however, candidates with a minimum of 30 hours and 4 days of availability will also be considered.

The ideal candidate is personable with excellent communication skills. New graduate Physical Therapists will be fully supported and mentored.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist will work in an energetic outpatient clinic with a collaborative team. The caseload will include patients of all ages, primarily focusing on general orthopedics with some back and spinal rehabilitation cases. Candidates should be comfortable working with a population that is about 50% Medicare.

Clinicians have the support to utilize and grow their expertise in their chosen specialization.

Full-time PTs should expect to treat 11–12 patients per 8-hour day.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation for this full-time position starts at $75,000 per year and increases based on experience and qualifications. A productivity bonus is also available.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday–Friday. No weekends and no major holidays!

The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work at least one evening shift per week, ending at 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM.

Job Requirements:

Eligible for Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.

New grad PTs are encouraged to apply and will be mentored.
