    Job Description:

    Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time)  

    Ivy RehabPhysical Therapy – Outpatient 

     

    Location: CITY/STATE

    At Ivy Rehab, our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. 

     

    With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care.     Compensation: 

    • $90,000 to $110,000/year (based on location, total experience, CHT cert, etc.) 

    • If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). 

    • Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certainopportunities(up to $10K)

    What we look for: 

    • License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state 

    • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program 

    • Eagerness to grow & learn 

    • Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of your standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.) 

    • Team player
