Guardian Angel Staffing is taking applications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Full Time & Part Time employment opportunities in a Long Term Care Facilities in the Wilmore, Kentucky area. Part time requires a minimum of two days per week. Candidate must have a strong work history with minimal gaps in their employment. These are floor positions in a Long Term Care settings, therefore previous experience in a Long Term Care Facility is desired.

PAY RATE: $45.00/HR during the week and $46/HR on the weekends AVAILABLE SHIFTS: 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am & 7pm-7am Block scheduling

Qualifications

Requirements include but not limited to: 1. Active license on Kentucky Board of Nursing in good standing 2. CPR Card 3. TB Skin Test and/or Chest X-Ray 4. Nursing Diploma 5. Current Nurse CEUs 6. Pass Fingerprint/AOC Background Check and Drug Screening 7. At least 1 year of Long Term Care Facility experience with Point Click Care knowledge preferred. 8. Covid-19 Policy and Procedures 9.
