Licensed Practical Nurse - Adolescent Disability Center - Keene, NH

Job Title: LPN – Adolescent Disability Center
Location: Keene, New Hampshire
Position: 13-week contract (Local or Travel Accepted)
Schedule: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM, every other weekend required
Hours: 36 hours per week
Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Certifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to start

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to adolescents with developmental and physical disabilities
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN or provider
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Assist in implementing patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for patients
