Shift Time: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Break: 30 Minutes
Guaranteed Hours
24 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $55.80 per hour
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
Collaborate with Registered Nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
Assist with care planning and resident assessments
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing
Adhere to infection prevention practices and regulatory standards
Additional Information
Night shift assignment
Schedule pattern includes Sunday and Wednesday shifts
Contract role with consistent weekly hours
Candidates must hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license where applicable
Government-issued photo identification is required during onboarding and must be worn while on assignment
COVID-19 vaccination documentation or approved religious/medical exemption may be required in accordance with assignment guidelines
