The Opportunity
As an LPN, you’ll support physicians and clinical staff by delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role combines direct patient care, clinical support, patient communication, and diagnostic procedures to help ensure safe and efficient daily operations.

What You’ll Do
Patient Care & Clinical Support
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care in accordance with professional standards and facility policies 
  • Assess patients, obtain vital signs, document medical histories, and observe patient conditions 
  • Assist physicians and registered nurses with patient care and procedures 
  • Communicate with patients and families to support a positive care experience 
Clinical Procedures & Documentation
  • Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, venipuncture, and other diagnostic procedures as directed 
  • Review and maintain accurate medical charts and documentation 
  • Complete annual mandatory training requirements 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing required 
  • Current BLS certification required 
  • At least one (1) year of healthcare experience required 
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and critical nursing skills 
  • Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and computer skills
