About the RoleA leading regional healthcare provider known for patient-centric care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join its nursing team. Full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules are available across day, evening, and night shifts. Core Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders and facility policy
- Complete resident assessments, monitor changes in condition, and report concerns to the RN supervisor and provider
- Perform wound care, catheter care, injections, and other skilled nursing procedures within LPN scope
- Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit to ensure care is delivered safely and on time
- Document assessments, medication administration, and care in the electronic health record
- Participate in care planning, admission, and discharge processes
- Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, therapy, and the interdisciplinary team
- Follow infection control, fall prevention, and resident rights standards
- Take part in shift reports, audits, and ongoing clinical education
- Mentor newer CNAs and nurses and model professional, resident-centered care
- Maintain medication carts, supplies, and treatment records in compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications- Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice or an eligible compact license
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- One year or more of long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Working knowledge of electronic health records and medication administration systems
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and health screening
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work some weekends and holidays as scheduled

Benefits & PayPay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on experience and schedule.
