Title - LPN
Facility: Decatur, AL
Shift: 6:45 am-7:15 pm (Mid and Night shifts also available)
Weekly Guarantee: 36 hours
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
Monitor vital signs, observe patients’ conditions, and report any changes promptly.
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Requirements:
Valid and active AL or compact License
Minimum 2 years of experience in LPN.
Current AHA BLS
