Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Quality Assurance
Location: Flagstaff, Arizona
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (day shift), occasional flexibility as needed

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance LPN to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ. This role is ideal for an LPN who has strong clinical knowledge, excellent documentation skills, and a passion for ensuring high-quality patient care. You will play a key part in reviewing clinical processes, supporting compliance initiatives, and helping maintain the highest standards of care across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine quality assurance audits of patient records, documentation, and clinical processes

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations and standards

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality improvement initiatives

  • Support staff with training and education on documentation accuracy and best practices

  • Review incident reports and help track corrective action plans

  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify trends and recommend process improvements

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential QA records

  • Participate in internal and external compliance reviews

Qualifications

  • Current and active Arizona LPN license (or compact license eligible for AZ)

  • Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience; QA, compliance, or chart review experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

  • Commitment to maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
