    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
    • Accurately document and maintain patient records
    • Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
    • Take vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output
    • Provide wound care, injections, and IV management
    • Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders
    • Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey
    • Strong clinical and communication skills
    • Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
