Qualifications necessary:

• Active Ms Nursing License (no suspensions or current disciplines)
• 1 year nursing experience (preferred)
• Clean background check
• TB skin test (up to date within 1 year)

Responsibilities of LPN

I

1. Patient is a 13yr old diabetic she needs to be educated in regards to her personal care.
2. Assist patients with insulin.
