Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Full-Time Night Shift team at The Greens at Pinehurst Rehabilitation & Living Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality resident care, supporting our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to a culture of excellence.

Schedule:

• Full-Time schedule with 12-hour shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Rotating weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately

• Perform assessments and monitor resident conditions

• Provide wound care and maintain accurate documentation

• Supervise CNAs and support daily nursing operations

• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and care team

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina LPN License

• Current CPR Certification

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable attendance and compassionate care mindset
