Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

•* Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or healthcare provider.

•* Monitor, record, and report patient conditions, including vital signs and observations.

•* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

•* Assist with patient assessments, procedures, and care planning.

•* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes.

•* Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and care plans.

Compensation

Competitive compensation is based on experience, specialty, and role.

•* Acute Care: Starting rates from $26.50-$36.90/hour

•* Continuing Care: Starting rates from $26.50-$42.85/hour

•* Medical Group / Outpatient Practices: Starting rates from $25.90-$36.90/hour
