    We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN to join our Healthcare Team. . Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and provide support to residents and their families.

    Qualifications:

    • Must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license issued by the state nursing board
    • Valid CPR certification
    • Proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings
    • Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care
    • Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations
    • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories
    • Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols
    • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
    • Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical practices
    • Stay informed about current nursing practices and regulations
