Wilkinson Residential Healthcare is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The LPN will provide safe and compassionate nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, document care, and collaborate with the nursing and healthcare team.
Active New York LPN license
Current BLS certification
Previous SNF/LTC experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work evening or night shifts
Must follow facility policies, procedures, and patient safety standards
