Company Overview:

A well-established skilled nursing facility in Far Rockaway, Queens is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team.

Position Overview:

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) monitor vital signs and administer immunizations, and basic treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document essential information for new resident admissions.
  • Monitor and record residents’ vitals and overall health status.
  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
  • Provide wound care and assist with bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care.
  • Track and report residents’ food and fluid intake/output.
Requirements:
  • Active and valid LPN license.
  • Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Pay Range: USD $40.35 - USD $45.00 /Hr.
