We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care and support to individuals with
Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in a community-based setting.
Qualifications- Current Georgia LPN License
- Experience supporting individuals with IDD preferred
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities- Medication administration and health monitoring
- Documentation and regulatory compliance
- Coordination with physicians, families, and support teams
- Promoting the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served
