What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, holistic nursing care to residents
• Conduct assessments, monitor health status, and support individualized care plans
• Ensure residents receive appropriate medical attention and support for overall well-being
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families to create a supportive environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care

Required Qualifications

• Current Illinois LPN license required
• Ability to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures
• Ability to meet minimum monthly shift requirements

• Experience working with older adults
