Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Skills and Qualifications:- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
- CPR Certification required
- Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
- Valid NYS LPN license
- Previous experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate and dependable with a team-first attitude
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities- Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
- Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
- Medication administration
- Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
- Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
- Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy
