LPN Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors• Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens• Provide care in accordance with individualized resident Care Plans• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety• Accurately document resident care and report changes in condition to the nursing team• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
