Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Columbia, PA 17512
Duration: 3+ months (with potential for extension)
Shift Options:

  • 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Sunday – Thursday)
  • 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support both clinical and administrative functions in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in both front and back office environments while delivering high-quality patient care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Measure and document patient vital signs and prepare exam rooms.
  • Room patients and assist providers during examinations and procedures.
  • Accurately document patient visits and updates in the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and perform blood draws as required.
  • Handle patient calls, provide instructions, and communicate important health updates to providers.
  • Schedule appointments and manage front office coordination as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure exam rooms are properly stocked.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support clinic operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Strong clinical and patient care skills.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
