WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide compassionate nursing care within your scope of practice

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition

• Communicate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams

• Supervise and support CNAs

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Communicate with residents and families

• Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

• Strong nursing and communication skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Ability to work collaboratively with the nursing team

• Hospital, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred

• New graduate LPNs encouraged to apply
