Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Shift/Schedule:  Monday-Friday 7:00A-3:00P

Location: Eastbank and Westbank

Position Requirements: 

• 1 Year Experience Required.
• Provide 1:1 care for elementary school age child with profound medical condition during the 2026-2027 school year.
• Trach experience and G-tube feeding experience required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Assignment is Monday-Friday for the entire school year.
• Continuous monitoring child through school day.
• Reports any changes in physical status of student.
• Responds quickly in any circumstance and cares for student professionally and courteously.

Credential Requirements (to be verified after interview):

• Active LA LPN License
• Active BLS Certification
• Current TB Skin Test, Quantiferon Results, or Chest X-Ray
• Hep B (or declination)
