Position Summary:

Under the direction of a physician, advanced practice provider, or Registered Nurse (RN), the LPNs are part of the Clinic Nursing Staff (CNS) who work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team by performing clinical and administrative duties in the delivery of care to our patients in an ambulatory setting.

Focusing on patient centered care, Clinic Nursing Staff will be knowledgeable in and perform care within all clinical areas including but not limited to family practice, OB/Gyn, pediatrics, internal medicine, podiatry, nephrology, orthopedics, and urology.

Education and Experience:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, possess a current license from the State of Minnesota and be in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.

• Ability to function independently, possess flexibility and adaptability, personal integrity, and can work effectively with staff and the patient population served.

• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, enthusiasm, strong customer focus as well as a willingness to handle difficult patients.
• Demonstrate skills and knowledge necessary to provide appropriate patient care.
• Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Strong computer skillset required. Proficient in Windows-based computer systems.
• Ability to meet facility required physical job requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation decisions are made based off of several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification and licensure as well as internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of their hourly range.

Hourly Range:

$24.43 - $34.20
