Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in a long-term care setting in Geneva, New York.
Contract: 15 weeks (Contract-to-Perm option)
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Shift: Full-Time Days and/or Evenings (5x8s) | Every Other Weekend & Holiday Required
Must be able to start on a Tuesday or Thursday for full-shift orientation
Setting: Long Term Care
Requirements:
Active New York LPN License
BLS (AHA or RQI required)
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
Experience with adult and geriatric patients
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care under RN supervision
Assess residents’ physical and psychosocial status and report findings
Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families
Maintain clinical competency and participate in ongoing education
Ensure safe care practices, including infection control compliance
Compensation:
Local Weekly: $1,900
Travel Package: $2,215
Note: Per diem rates follow GSA Guidelines for New York to maintain compliance.
