Responsibilities:
Provides direct and indirect patient care within LVN/LPN scope of practice and state regulations
Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
Collaborates with the healthcare team to promote patient safety and comfort
Supports quality care and a positive patient experience in the MST setting
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
One (1) year cardiopulmonary experience required.
