We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)<\/b> to join our team and provide skilled nursing care across various facilities. These are local, non -travel positions, requiring candidates to be based near the assigned facilities.
<\/p>

As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a nurse manager, providing care for adult psychiatric, medical, and geriatric patients in Acute Care, Primary Care, and Specialty Clinic settings.
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h4>
Deliver skilled nursing care aligned with the Licensed Practical Nurse Act and Vocational Nurse VA Qualification Standards.
<\/li>
Manage patient care with increasing independence, including:
Administering medications (oral, topical, subcutaneous, intramuscular, intravenous).
<\/li>
Monitoring and documenting patient responses to treatments.
<\/li>
Reporting changes in patient conditions to RNs or MDs.
<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Provide care for patients in Acute Care, Med/Surg, Long -Term Care, Primary Care, and Mental Health settings as required.
<\/li>
Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
<\/li>
Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety standards.
<\/li><\/ul>
Work Schedule:<\/b>
<\/h4>
Med/Surg, Long -Term Care, Mental Health Units:<\/b> 12 -hour shifts, including alternating weekends.
<\/li>
Primary Care/Specialty Clinics:<\/b> 8–10 -hour shifts, Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays.
<\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>
Current, unrestricted LPN license<\/b> in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
<\/li>
Valid BLS/CPR certification<\/b> (AHA -accredited).
<\/li>
COVID -19 vaccination (or documented exemption).
<\/li>
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience<\/b> in the relevant care setting, with work completed within the last 6 months.
