Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Start Date: October 21, 2025 (Negotiable)
End Date: December 15, 2025
Pay : $30/hr to $35/hr

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Meridian Center for a 9-week contract assignment. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care and enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare environment.

As an LPN, you will play a key role in supporting patients’ daily medical needs, assisting RNs and physicians, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes to the care team.

  • Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and safety.

  • Maintain accurate medical records and follow facility policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule

  • Shift: 1st Shift

  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Meal Break: 30 minutes

  • Duration: 9-week contract (October 21, 2025 – December 15, 2025)

Qualifications

  • Current and active LPN license in good standing.

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
