About the Role: Presidential Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Marietta, GA. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
Develop and follow individualized patient care plans in coordination with RNs and physicians
Observe and document patient conditions, reporting changes to supervising clinical staff
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene as needed
Educate patients and family members on care procedures, medications, and health management
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards
Coordinate with the care team to ensure seamless, continuous home health services
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Georgia
Prior experience in home health, long-term care, or a clinical nursing setting preferred
Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, medication protocols, and patient safety standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Marietta, GA area
CPR/BLS certification required or willingness to obtain
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
