    Job Description

    AvaMed Workforce is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 6-week night contract at Cottage of the Shoals in Tuscumbia, AL.

    Assignment details

    • Location: Cottage of the Shoals, Tuscumbia, AL
    • Dates: 11/16/2026 - 12/28/2026
    • Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM (12-hour shifts, 30-min meal), 3-on/2-off/2-on/3-off rotation

    Requirements

    • Active Alabama LPN license or multistate (compact) LPN license
    • Long-term care / skilled nursing experience preferred
    • Current BLS; background check and facility health requirements
