Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Assist in the implementation of resident care plans and provide basic medical care, such as dressing wounds and taking vital signs.
Medication Administration: Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
Support RN: Assist RNs in carrying out care plans and follow their directives.
Resident Observation: Monitor residents†conditions and report changes to the RN or physician.
Documentation: Record patient information and updates accurately in medical charts.
Supportive Tasks: Assist with resident mobility and personal care activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in the applicable state.
Experience in a geriatric care setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Specifics:

Night Shift Position 7:00PM to 7:00AM
