LPN Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a skilled nursing environment under the supervision of an RN or licensed provider
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with wound care
- Deliver care according to individualized care plans
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety
RN Responsibilities
- • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
- • Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and communicate updates to physicians and families
- • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care
- • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- • Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and well-being
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of South Carolina
- Active RN license in the State of South Carolina
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
