What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans and physician orders.

• Supervise and support caregivers during assigned shifts.

• Complete assessments, obtain vital signs, maintain documentation, and administer medications.

• Respond promptly to Sisters’ needs and changes in condition.

• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow safety and infection-control protocols.

• Communicate clearly with the Director of Nursing (DON), RCA, team members, and Sisters.

• Assist with admissions, transfers, incident reporting, and chart updates.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.

• Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to provide compassionate care to older adults, including those with chronic conditions or dementia.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 75 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in geriatric care, assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or memory care.

• Experience with chronic disease management and dementia care.

• Strong leadership and time-management skills.
