Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' vital signs and health status
• Provide wound care and basic nursing interventions
• Assist in implementing individualized care plans
• Communicate changes in patient condition to supervising RN
• Document care activities accurately and timely
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $31.70/hr

Experience Needed

PRN (As-needed basis, flexible shifts)

• Active LPN license in Maryland
• BLS Certification
• Updated Resume
• Professional References (at least two)
• COVID Vaccination Card
