Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. The LPN is responsible for administering nursing care in a skilled nursing environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors while providing exceptional care to our residents.
Newly Increased Pay Rate$25.50 - $32.00 per hourAvailable Shifts- Full-Time & Part-Time
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Responsibilities- Administer nursing care in a skilled nursing environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors
- Provide direct resident care, including medication administration, treatments, dressing changes, and specimen collection
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
Qualifications- Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
