Pay Rate: $33.40/hr
Weekly Gross: $1,202.00 (36 hrs)

Shift: Day / Evening / Night (12-hour shifts)
Schedule: 36 hrs/week (3x12)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 06/08/2026

Requirements:
• Active NYS LPN License
• BLS Certification (AHA only)
• Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care experience
