How You Will Make an Impact: As an LPN on our team, you will blend clinical skill with heartfelt compassion. You will directly enrich the lives of our geriatric residents, working within a supportive team environment to ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
Resident Care: Administer medications, monitor clinical changes, perform prescribed treatments, and provide focused wound care.
Clinical Leadership: Mentor and guide nursing assistants while advocating for resident dignity and safety.
Seamless Collaboration: Participate in smooth shift-to-shift reports to ensure vital health data is passed on accurately.
Documentation: Maintain streamlined, easy-to-use Electronic Health Records (EHR) in compliance with facility standards.
What We Are Looking For:
Licensure: Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Illinois.
Certification: Valid CPR/BLS certification.
Background: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. New grads with a passion for senior care are welcome!
Values: A genuine love for the geriatric population and comfort working in a supportive, faith-based retirement community.
Stamina: Ability to manage the physical workflows of a standard nursing shift, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
