Pay Rates
$125 per nursing visit
$40/hour for hourly shifts

Qualifications
Active Connecticut LPN License
At least 1 year of recent clinical experience
Home care experience is a plus
Current BLS Certification
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license preferred
Physical completed within the last 12 months
Current PPD or QuantiFERON test, or chest x-ray if required
