️ REQUIRED TO APPLY: Applicants preferred to speak Cape Verdean, hold an active Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, and have at least one year of nursing experience working with the population served.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Wage: $32.00–$34.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

Education & Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
• Current Massachusetts LPN license required
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• One year experience working with population served in a nursing capacity

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
• Promote health education, preventative care, participant safety, and overall wellness
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate person-centered care
