What Youll Bring:

Strong clinical skills in patient care functions within an acute care setting
Ability to greet and prepare patients for exams, assist during procedures, and accurately record vital signs
Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of handling general office duties such as scheduling, filing, and chart preparation
Effective collaboration with physicians and insurance companies for authorizations and referrals
Ability to maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

Nice to Have:

Prior experience with insurance authorizations and referral processes
Skills in administering injections, assisting with PAPs, and supporting other procedures
Experience with nursing unit management activities

Preferred Education and Experience:

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Proven experience in acute care or similar healthcare settings
Familiarity with EMR systems is highly desired

Other Requirements:

Availability to work 8-hour day shifts
Ability to travel for licensure, certification, or other reimbursements as needed
Compliance with all licensure, certification, and healthcare regulations
