Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Weekend Shift

Description of the role:

Interim HealthCare of Northwest Florida is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for weekend shifts. Join our team to provide personalized healthcare and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain independence and enhance their overall well-being. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in their homes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida
• 1 year of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current CPR (No online)
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
