ComForCare Home Care is a licensed home health and home care agency providing skilled nursing and non-medical home care to patients throughout York and Adams Counties. ComForCare is CHAP and Medicare accredited and provides superior care to all of its clients and patients.
ComForCare is currently in need of LPNs in Hanover, PA to provide care for a patient in need of wound care, med administration, assist with ADLs, ROM and daily hygiene, bed/chair transfers, catheterization. First and second shift available 40 hours per week, seven days/week for this patient 8am-4pm or 4pm-12am.
