This role provides shift-level leadership and support to nursing staff while helping coordinate daily nursing operations and promote safe, high-quality care for our clients. Provides shift-level supervision, guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff to promote safe care delivery, effective daily operations, and compliance with program policies and procedures.
