Job Summary:
Are you a nurse with a passion for recovery and a commitment to helping others rebuild their lives? Our residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment program is seeking a compassionate and dedicated nurse-either Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)-to provide high-quality, person-centered care to adult men and women in early recovery.
In this role, nurses are essential members of a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients through stabilization, healing, and the development of a foundation for long-term recovery. This position blends strong clinical skills with empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for serving individuals affected by substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Nurses in our program play a critical role in bridging medical care and recovery support. Beyond clinical responsibilities, they help create a foundation of safety, stability, and trust that allows patients to fully engage in treatment. Through a trauma-informed, compassionate approach, our nursing team empowers individuals to move forward in recovery with confidence, dignity, and hope.
