Schedule:

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Weekend Requirement: None
  • On-Call Requirement: Not required

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care in an outpatient clinical setting. This role involves supporting physicians and registered nurses with patient intake, clinical procedures, documentation, and coordination of care to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and prepare patients for clinical visits and examinations
  • Record vital signs and patient measurements
  • Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures
  • Prepare medical trays and supplies for injections and procedures
  • Administer injections and assist with routine procedures
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation of patient care
  • Monitor and report patient responses to treatments
  • Ensure exam rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and chart preparation
  • Coordinate with insurance providers for authorizations and referrals
  • Communicate with primary care providers regarding patient care coordination
  • Assist in implementing care plans under RN supervision
  • Support overall clinic workflow and operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience(required)
  • Strong clinical and patient care skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in outpatient or acute care settings
  • Strong experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Skills & Competencies:

  • High attention to detail and patient safety
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced outpatient environment
